Our babka is made with a brioche-like dough and cinnamon filling. The filled dough is twisted to form the cinnamon swirls you see when you slice the loaf – packing every bite with sweet & spicy cinnamon. Babka is the perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee at breakfast or any time you want a satisfying treat in your favorite flavor. Babka loaves freeze well and can be served either room temperature or warmed up slightly.
Like all of our products, the traditional cinnamon babka is made from all natural ingredients, in a nut-free and dairy-free kitchen, and are certified kosher pareve.
Rugelach are traditionally served for holidays and special occasions. The name rugelach means ‘little twists’. Green’s certified kosher cinnamon rugelach resemble croissants in their shape and in their flaky texture but are smaller and enhanced with a filling of spicy cinnamon. Chocolate Rugelach are filled with sweet chocolate filling, similar to a mini chocolate croissant.
Made from a yeast dough that is filled and rolled, rugelach are the perfect fusion of croissant and danish made in a size that is easy to handle. They are easily packed and transported and require no preparation before serving – no need to measure out even slices! You can never have too many rugelach on hand when entertaining.
